The following scope of work was performed on time and within budget to support the renovation of Pokeworks Restaurant:

Interior demolition/removal of existing drywall, flooring, light fixtures, and duct work

Disconnection/removal of existing plumbing fixtures and electrical devices

General carpentry/drywall installation according to drawings

Furnish and install new doors, frames, and hardware

Millwork, painting, and flooring installation

Provide electric receptacles and furnish/install electric fixtures

Site maintenance and protection

HVAC and plumbing updating
