Since 2003 the G3 Construction Group has been working with design teams to build Healthcare and Research Laboratory Facilities. G3 provides Design-Build, Construction Management and General Contracting services to build these complex projects to control the many liabilities that can be associated with these projects while within a cost our clients can support and a schedule that our clients require.
Hospital renovations are a perfect fit for the G3/Hygieneering Inc. team to prevent Hospital Acquired Infections (HAI’s). We engaged Hygieneering’s team of Certified Industrial Hygienists and Certified Safety Professionals to evaluate each project in which we support to ensure that the environmental health and safety aspects of each project are properly identified and managed to support the projects safe, time and cost-efficient performance.
G3 has also constructed many private dental and doctor’s offices with the geographic region in which we serve. Our construction teams realize that these professionals have very busy practices to operate and our team has the experience to build these professional practices in a very time and cost efficient manner without disruption to the practice’s operations.
G3 also provides a one call system to provide Emergency Response and Incident Command (ERIC) Disaster Recovery Services to support healthcare facility operations. The ERIC program protects the occupant’s health and safety and rapidly stabilizes and restores healthcare facilities back to a pre-incident condition when a disaster occurs.
Our team of Certified Industrial Hygienists, Certified Safety Professionals and Executive Construction Management professionals have the experience and credentials to work with the hospital’s Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) teams to control airborne containments and protect the hospital’s community.
For each project that G3 builds, G3 engages Hygieneering’s staff of Certified Industrial Hygienists to work very closely with the hospital’s ICRA team and the G3 Executive Construction Project Manager to provide the required specialized disease prevention knowledge and services that include:

Engineering Controls, Barrier and Containment Design to protect susceptible patients from airborne contaminants associated with construction
