LifeStance Health Office Renovation

G3 Construction Group was engaged by CBRE to perform this office build out for LifeStance Health in Park Ridge, IL. The project scope included:

· Debris hauling, site maintenance and protection, general and final cleaning
· Furnish and install new drywall and acoustic ceiling for office layout
· Installation of reception feature accent wall, reception hospitality counter, reception desk millwork, breakroom millwork, office accent trim and corridor accent trim.
· Purchase, deliver, and install kitchen appliances
· Prepare, prime, and paint walls per project scope
· Furnish and install flooring, reception pass thru window, doors, frames, and hardware
· HVAC upgrades
· Provide new fire protection features including sprinklers, alarms, and fire extinguisher cabinets
· Plumbing and electrical upgrades
