G3 renovated a raw space into an impressive fitness facility. The scope of work performed included:

Site maintenance and protection

Construct wall partitions, soffits, and drywall ceilings

Furnish and install acoustical ceiling tile and grid

Furnish and install new doors, frames, and hardware

Painting and wallcovering

Concrete polishing and finishing

Furnish and install new pendant and upright sprinkler heads from existing base building sprinkler outlets to accommodate new ceilings and wall layout

Furnish and install ceramic bathroom floor, shower walls, and base tile

Furnish and install new concrete flooring
