Project scope included:

· Demo/remove all existing walls, flooring, doors, frames, ceiling tiles, drywall ceiling

· Construct new walls for office layout

· Furnish and install new ceiling tile, cabinets, TV mounts, flooring, carpet, back splash, window frames, door frames and hardware

· Paint door frames and walls Furnish and install clear tempered glass into frames

· Relocate/reinstall/provide new sprinkler heads to accommodate new layout

· Coring and removal of piping to accommodate new layout

· Plumbing, Fire System, HVAC, and Electrical upgrades
