FirstService Project Management (FSPM) started in the Illinois market in 2015 based on the ask of multiple Association Boards for help in managing their capital improvement projects. Our goal is to provide our managed Associations with a true advocate with the knowledge and understanding of construction and your capital projects. FSPM is here to provide our clients with these specialized skills that only comes from years of “boots on the ground” construction management. 

With our strategic alliance with FirstService Residential, FSPM provides the highest level of professional construction management for our clients utilizing the industries best and most proficient project management software’s available, while working with our trusted team of architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. All of which have been vetted out for their superior level of expertise and deliverables to our clients. Our goal is to capture these Association Capital Projects from the conception and take them through to completion with our “design build” business model. Using this model, we have been very successful in driving down the project costs for many of our managed Associations Capital Projects (see case studies).

 

FSPM is providing service to our entire Illinois Market which manages over 80,000 units in 495 communities combined in both the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs where we have completed more than $50 million in Capital Improvement Projects.
