    This project added 2 stories and over 40,000 sq. ft. of state of the art research laboratories to the RFU campus. This fast tracked addition was completed within a 7 month schedule and the 2 stories below the expansion remained operational throughout the completion of the project.

    ROTHSTEIN WARDEN CENTENNIAL LEARNING CENTER

    North Chicago, IL 

    Ground up construction of 80,000 sq. ft., 3 story academic building to support a nursing school joint venture between Rosalind Franklin and DePaul Universities. Project scope included the construction of the largest interactive classroom of its kind in the country, private offices, fitness center, and new cafeteria to serve the entire campus. Project was completed within an 8 month schedule to include site work.

    MORNINGSTAR INTERPROFESSIONAL EDUCATION CENTER

    North Chicago, IL

    Ground up construction of 28,000 sq. ft. academic facility. Project scope included pharmacy labs, simulation emergency rooms, classrooms, and private offices. Project was completed within an 8 month schedule.

    Project included tenant improvement of 2,000 sq. ft. of raw space to accommodate 5 operatory rooms, 2 private offices, consultation room, and reception/billing area.

    Batavia, IL 

    TI project for large manufacturing facility in Batavia, IL. Work included: 

    • Reconfiguration of 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility to accommodate new manufacturing lines

    • Interior finish improvements for existing  7,000 sq. ft. office space

    • Construct additional 2,500 sq. ft. of office/maintenance space to include MEP & finishes

    • Install a new 1200 amp service feed into electrical closet

    Complete interior high end build out of a 4,000 sq. ft. OBGYN office. Project scope included exam/procedure rooms, conference rooms, and private offices.

    Comprehensive construction of an 8,000 sq. ft. plastic surgeon's office. Project scope included exam/procedure rooms, private offices, conference rooms, and high end reception and common areas. 

  • THE CLINICS AT ROSALIND FRANKLIN UNIVERSITY

    Hinsdale, IL 

    This project included the complete interior demolition and renovation of 26,000 sq. ft. to accommodate an active space for clinical care, research, and education. This project added 26 exam rooms, many private offices, and a high end reception area. The Dr. William M. Scholl College of Pediatric Medicine was also constructed in the lower level of this facility to support the school's operations.

Projects have included the redevelopment of a 75,000 sq. ft. building to accommodate a truck repair and wash facility, tenant improvements to support new office operations, and miscellaneous construction project work to support ongoing UPS operations.

      • Saved Association $500k+ by working with engineers to refine the proper scope of the project​

    • Negotiated $60k credit from sub-contractors during pre-construction phase

    • Credited Association $42k at end of project for coming in under-budget through value engineering assessments during construction

    Facade Repair/Window Replacement 

    • Replacement of all residential window and door systems on 20 floors and building mezzanine

    • Facade grinding, repair, and painting

    • Logistical coordination with residents for unit entry to complete installation

    Project scope included:

    · Demo/remove all existing walls, flooring, doors, frames, ceiling tiles, drywall ceiling

    · Construct new walls for office layout

    · Furnish and install new ceiling tile, cabinets, TV mounts, flooring,  carpet, back splash, window frames, door frames and hardware

    · Relocate/reinstall/provide new sprinkler heads to accommodate new layout

    • General carpentry/drywall installation according to drawings

    • Furnish and install new doors, frames, and hardware

    • Millwork, painting, and flooring installation
