(1) Inspection and Assessment - A thorough review of the building product's materials safety data sheets to ensure that environmentally safe building materials are utilized when feasible.
(2) Environmental Project Management - Moisture testing is performed on building materials throughout the project's performance to ensure that sub contractors are using dry building materials. this service greatly reduces the potential for post construction mold issues.
(3) Building Commissioning - A final pre occupancy commissioning of the project that includes preoccupancy air testing and HVAC system operation inspections are performed to insure that occupants are provided with a safe, comfortable and productive environment. This documentation is professionally provided to the client as part of the final project submittal package.
These services are carefully coordinated through the Senior Construction Manager assigned to the project and these services are provided under the direct supervision of a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). A CIH is the expert level credential when dealing with occupational health issues.
